How do we assess and select renewable energy projects for investment?

Yes, investors have the option to reinvest their earnings into new projects, compounding their impact and returns within the renewable energy ecosystem.

While investments in renewable energy projects are typically long-term, in our roadmap there’ll be an opportunity for a secondary market that would allow investors to sell their stakes before the end of tenure where we find buyers that want to increase their stake. Payments are typically made monthly by the energy consumer. After removing the Management and Service fees, (it varies, pls see your specific project’s Investment Committee Memo) the dividend is available in your wallet monthly for you to withdraw anytime or reinvest in new projects.

No fees to participate. We deduct our Management and Service fees from the monthly earnings received, which varies project by project.

Yes, we welcome global investors who are seeking sustainable investment opportunities. All investors pass through our KYC/AML compliance process.

While the primary involvement is financial, we offer opportunities for investors to engage through project visits, webinars with project leaders, community forums and through our Foundation (coming soon) working to scale our client’s impact.

At the end of a project’s term, investors would have received their principal and final returns. These could happen:

  • Sell the infrastructure to the Energy Consumer or a 3rd party at an agreed fee

  • Transfer the SPV’s shareholding to Tribes Capital or it affiliates.

The vetting process typically takes 2-4 weeks, depending on the completeness of the documentation you submit.
