Where is my investment domiciled?

We maintain transparency regarding fees, which include Management and Service fees, all clearly outlined before any investment commitment.

Payment is typically made monthly by the energy consumer. After removing Management and Service fees (it varies, pls see project financial modelling) the rest is available for you to withdraw anytime or reinvent in other projects.

When can I withdraw my earnings?

What happens at the end of a project's term?

At the end of a project's term, investors would have received their principal and final returns. Three things could happen:

  1. Sell the infrastructure to the Energy Consumer at an agreed fee

  2. Renew the agreement as a back-to-back with the Supply Agreement to the Energy consumer;

  3. Transfer the SPV's shareholding to Tribes Capital
